Relaxing and peaceful experience. Great communication and directions. Hot tub ready upon arrival. Friendly hosts and farm animals to interact with.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

My partner and I stayed at this beautiful converted barn for a relaxing weekend getaway. The cozy atmosphere and wood fire hot tub were perfect for unwinding under the stars at night. The location was tranquil and we loved being able to interact with the Pygmy goats, donkeys, and chickens right on our doorstep. The hosts were incredibly kind and even left us local treats, like honey, plum bread, crisps, and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our upcoming wedding. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and the inclusion of dog treats and bowls for our furry friends made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Bolthole Barn offers a relaxing and peaceful stay, with a warm welcome from the hosts. The location is beautiful, with a lovely sunflower field nearby for a scenic walk. The barn itself is spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The wood-fired hot tub is a real highlight, especially when enjoyed under the stars. The owners go the extra mile, providing treats and bowls for dogs, making it a great pet-friendly option.
One aspect to consider is that the privacy of the property may be limited, as the windows face the main house and the garden is not completely secure.

Spacious cottage, Lincolnshire welcome bits, beautiful decor, wood-fired hot tub, feeding animals, natural products. Complimentary WiFi and private parking. Cons: Mattress was a bit saggy. Lightbulb flickered - spooky! No privacy for couples or in the hot tub, small garden, not suitable for larger dogs. Living room was small. Owner charged extra for a short stay. Bedroom open to lounge/kitchen, had to be quiet with baby. Animals were great for kids.

Enjoyed the complimentary WiFi, but had to fight for a parking spot. Humberside Airport was close, just in case I wanted to escape this place. Oh, and the washing machine was a thrilling addition to my vacation.
Just loved how all the windows faced the main house, giving me zero privacy. The garden was tiny and suitable only for ants.

The Bolthole Barn is a converted barn with a cozy and beautiful atmosphere. The wood fire hot tub is perfect for relaxing and stargazing at night. The location is tranquil and peaceful, with Pygmy goats, donkeys, and chickens right on the doorstep. The hosts are lovely and even provided local treats like honey, plum bread, crisps, and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our upcoming wedding. The cottage is spacious and decorated beautifully. We loved the natural products provided and the easy-to-follow directions for finding the place. They also recommended a dog-friendly pub and a local walk in a sunflower field, which we enjoyed.
Felt special, nothing too much trouble.

The whole experience was great! The barn was beautifully decorated and clean, and the animals on the farm were a joy to visit. Plus, the wood-fired hot tub was the perfect way to relax at night under the stars!
That the bedroom was open to the lounge/kitchen, so we had to be really quiet once our baby went to bed at 7pm. It would have been nice to have a bit more privacy.

We had an amazing time at the Bolthole Barn with Wood-Fired Hot Tub. The cosy and beautifully converted barn provided a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We absolutely loved the wood fire hot tub, especially at night when we could gaze up at the stars. The location was tranquil and peaceful, and we enjoyed being greeted by the Pygmy goats, donkeys, and chickens right on our doorstep. The thoughtful hosts even left us local treats like honey, plum bread, crisps, and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our upcoming wedding.
Another slight inconvenience was that the bedroom was open to the lounge/kitchen area, so we had to be extra quiet once our baby went to bed. Despite these minor inconveniences, we still had a wonderful time and would consider returning, especially in the summer when we could enjoy the outdoor seating area.

🐶 So spacious for a quaint cottage. Lovely Lincolnshire welcome bits. Also my dog loved the dog treats and we did a recommended local walk around a sunflower field. Decor is beautiful. Wood fire tub was a delight. Got to feed animals which was fun. Loved that all the products in the bolthole barn were natural. Was very easy to find thanks to the great directions. Lovely pub was recommended that was dog friendly. Sadly didn’t get to meet Jo but she was on hand for all of our needs. The whole experience was relaxing and peaceful everything is provided and more! We had a great time with our grandson some much needed quiet time and the donkeys were a real pleasure Zack loved them so much. Greeted by Jo and the little lanbs which was really nice. Photos of the barn dont do it justice, hot tub was wonderful especially at night. Lovely little treats left for us on our arrival. Even bowls and treats for my dog! Nothing to much trouble for Jo and Mark. Overall a lovely relaxing stay!!!
Nothing not to love.

Quirky Feature: The wood-fired hot tub was a dream. Sitting in the tub, surrounded by nature, with the crackling flames providing a cozy ambiance, was like soaking in a bubble of bliss. It was the perfect way to unwind and melt away the stresses of daily life.
Privacy Fence: The hot tub could benefit from a better privacy fence. While it was a delightful experience, a higher fence would have made it even more enjoyable, allowing for a more secluded and intimate soak.
